  • What prompted you to seek ColourSock’s services?

We had a need to develop high quality content for our digital channels. Something as a NFP organisation we had not invested in previously.

  • What made you believe that ColourSock was the best for achieving your desired result?

We started working with Coloursock on a job in early 2015. Producing a case study to support our Dine at Mine Campaign. They blew us away with the way they incorporated our brand and turnaround. This then lead us to do a number of pieces throughout 2015. We were so impressed by their work, the way they immersed themselves into our brand and culture and how they successfully executed every time.

  • What were the results of working with ColourSock?

Amazing we can say in particular that with our eDM CTR on some of our major appeals we have seen an increase of approx. 25%. We have more engagement across our social channels, You Tube in particular. We have also seen a better output in using the content as resource internally. It has supported a number of our Corporate Partners in events, PR and also in relation to reporting back. It has also help in a number of ways to engage with potential corporates and high net worth individuals.

  • Describe why you feel that working with ColourSock was successful.

Because they get it!. As mentioned before they really immerse themselves into your brand and culture as an organisation and this really reaps the benefits for us. They are extremely collaborative and they to us feel like they have become a part of our extended Camp Quality family. A successful partnership to me is one when you know that your partners understand the work you do, believe it in, understand the impact its having in Australia and know what you are trying to achieve and this is what I feel has enabled our Partnership to develop strongly and why we will choose Coloursock every time.
